Grasshopper Buggy Dashboard – Classic, Cobra & Junior Replacement Control Panel
The Grasshopper Buggy Dashboard is our new replacement control panel developed specifically for Grasshopper Classic, Cobra and Junior golf buggies. Designed as part of our new electrical conversion system, this replacement dashboard works with the new Grasshopper wiring loom kit and Curtis control boxes, providing a modern and reliable replacement for ageing original Grasshopper electrical components.
New Grasshopper Classic, Cobra & Junior Dashboard
This new Grasshopper Buggy Dashboard has been designed to fit into the existing dashboard space on compatible Grasshopper Classic, Cobra and Junior buggies. This allows older Grasshopper buggies to be upgraded to the new electrical system without requiring major alterations to the existing bodywork or dashboard aperture.
New Battery Indicator & Two Speed Control
The replacement dashboard features a completely redesigned battery level indicator, providing a clear visual indication of the remaining battery capacity.
Unlike the original Grasshopper dashboard, the new control panel does not incorporate a speedometer. Instead, the system uses a straightforward two speed control arrangement, together with clearly marked OFF and ON positions. This provides simple and reliable speed control while reducing the number of components that can fail as the buggy ages.
Waterproof Forward & Reverse Control
The dashboard incorporates a new compact forward and reverse switch. Although smaller than the switch fitted to many of the original Grasshopper dashboards, the new switch is fully waterproof and has been selected specifically for reliable operation in normal golf course and outdoor conditions.
Designed for the New Grasshopper Wiring Loom & Curtis Controller
This Grasshopper replacement dashboard is designed for use with our new electrical wiring loom conversion kit, which has been manufactured specifically for the Grasshopper Classic, Cobra and Junior models.
The new wiring system is designed to operate with the appropriate Curtis control box, providing a practical electrical upgrade for older Grasshopper golf buggies where the original wiring, dashboard or controller has become unreliable or obsolete.
Direct Replacement Installation
The Grasshopper Buggy Dashboard has been manufactured to fit into the existing space occupied by the original dashboard. It is supplied with six pre-drilled mounting points and installation screws, helping to make installation of the new control panel and electrical conversion system as straightforward as possible.
Compatible models: Grasshopper Classic, Grasshopper Cobra and Grasshopper Junior golf buggies.
